Warkworth, Sandspit is the perfect stop going to and from the Bay of Islands. Belvedere Homestay is sited on top of the hill with 360° views overlooking the spit where the ferries leave for Kawau Island and Governor Grey's restored mansion.The view is awesome which you will enjoy while relaxing on the spacious decks and terraces.

Stroll around the 7 acre property with sunken barbecue, rose garden,
orchards, lawns, native birds and bush and 2 lilly

ponds and enjoy a friendly game of Petanque (boule).

Fishing off the beach or boat, golf, tennis, swimming etc. are all within 7 km from the homestay.

Margaret and Ron Everett's home is for your comfort and enjoyment. After an adventurous day, Margaret's flair with cooking is a great way to relax and enjoy pre-drinks, dinner and wine.

Directions of how to get to Belvedere Homestay: Travel north from Auckland on State Highway 1 to Warkworth (approximately 50 minutes). Turn right at the lights and then into Sandspit Road. Turn right into Kanuka Road (just before Sandspit Motor Camp).
